About the Role A reputable community pharmacy is seeking an experienced Retail Manager to oversee front-of-shop operations. You'll manage staff rosters, budgets, supplier relationships and banking, ensuring smooth day-to-day performance and financial control. Working closely with the onsite pharmacist and ownership team, this position requires strong leadership, commercial insight and a hands-on approach to retail management.
